Any past experience?: I was superadmin on a server called defiance, it was shut down because the owner didn't bother with it. I was superadmin for about 2-3 months.

Unfortunately, Ray, there is a correct rank ladder to follow and Moderator is not the first rank in that ladder. If you wish to apply for staff, apply in the right order:

1. Operator
2. Moderator
3. Admin
I wouldn't expect to get farther than this, or maybe not even this far.
